The
registration fee for the conference is 200 EUR (or equivalent in US
dollars or leva) without postal expenses and covers the conference
materials, welcome party, coffee breaks, office rent and equipment,
social activities, and proceedings. It should be paid via bank transfer
or credit card after acceptance and approval but no later than May 10,
2012. Afterwards the fee will be 250 EUR (or equivalent in US
dollars or leva) and can be paid in the same ways or in cash upon
registration. The optional fee for the banquet is 20 EUR extra per
person and can be transferred together with the basic fee or to paid in
cash on place. In emergency case we can reimburse the fees as follows:
till April 15, 2012 full reimburesment; till May 10, 2012 50% of the
fee. Afterwards no reimburesements will be possible.
